The Great Indoors are Ged Kite and Barmy Owl.

State of You was recorded and mixed over the summer and winter of 2019/20 in remote pockets of West Yorkshire and West Cumbria - the landscapes serving a huge influence upon this.

Live improvisations were recorded and mixed live to 4-track over several sessions - using various instruments, objects and voices - combined with field recordings and god-knows what from the other side.

Originally released on cassette as Zener_09 by the excellent Sensory Leakage label.
